Our Mission

BAM Artists aims to inspire and uplift creatives, promoting an industry centered around inclusivity, mindfulness, and mental health. We accomplish this through the talent we represent, our partnerships, and ways in which we engage with the community.

BAM Artists: A Harmony of Business, Creativity, and Mental Well-being

BAM Artists started with Jonny Beaulieu, a kid growing up in a house filled with music. His mom played a Steinway grand piano, filling their home with classical melodies. His dad cranked rock ‘n roll in his sports car, teaching Jonny the power of raw, unapologetic sound, and his uncle was nothing short of a legacy. Music was in his blood, but so were the highs and lows that came with it.

Jonny grew up surrounded by creatives who made it big. But he also saw what the industry could do to people—the pressure, the burnout, the darkness behind the spotlight. He watched people chase dreams only to lose themselves along the way. That’s why he built BAM Artists. Not just to create stars, but to protect them.

BAM is about real music and real people. No filters, no fakeness. It’s about helping artists find their voice without losing themselves. Jonny’s vision is simple: make music that matters, with people who matter. No influencer gimmicks. No selling out. Just raw talent and honest storytelling.

But BAM is also about survival. It’s about surrounding yourself with the right people and creating a space where artists don’t have to destroy themselves to succeed. Jonny knows how brutal the industry can be, and he’s not willing to watch talented people break under the pressure.

This isn’t just business for Jonny—it’s personal. In July 2020, his cousin Benjamin lost his battle with mental health. It shattered Jonny, but it also fueled him. BAM is dedicated to Benjamin’s memory and to every artist who’s struggled in silence. It’s about fighting back, about proving that you can make it without losing yourself in the process.

BAM Artists is more than management. It’s about changing the industry from the inside out—protecting artists, nurturing talent, and putting mental health first. It’s about making music with meaning, and building a community that’s real, raw, and ready to change the world.
